The Hispanic Ministry has several projects in the works which include:

Tuesdays, from 6–8 p.m. Manny Diaz is teaching English classes at St. Cyprian’s in Georgetown.

A Mother’s English class that will be held during the day and will have child care available is being planned.

The possibility of providing English classes at the Smith Medical Clinic on Thursday evenings is being explored.

Translation services being offered at the Smith Medical Clinic is being explored.

Please note:  there will no longer be a regular Eucharist in Spanish held on Sunday evenings.

And – did you know that the US is the 5th largest Spanish speaking country in the world?  If you are interested in learning Spanish, the possibility of starting a class here at HCFM is being explored.  If you are interested, please contact Sue Tanner at 235-6844.
