The HCFM Communications Ministry is excited to announce we are creating an improved member directory. It will be available in print as well as online secured by a password. We are asking everyone to fill out a form and submit their own family picture or you may have a new picture taken by one of the communication board members. Our goal is to have the printed version out to you this Spring, but we need your help in getting this done. If you are submitting your own photo by mail, please mail your photo and this form to HCFM, Attn: Directory, PO Box 990, Pawleys Island, SC 29585. Please include your return address so that your picture can be returned.
If you need to have your picture taken, please contact someone from the communications ministry to coordinate that as we may not always be at church to take pictures when you are.
